Hi! I’m Coach Sara

My fitness journey started over 7 years ago. I struggled with binge eating and I had never worked out before in my life. I had more insecurities than things I actually liked about myself. I was so desperate for quick change I didn’t care how unsustainable the process was. I wasted years during my transformation because I wasn’t training properly and didn’t understand the importance of nutrition.

I have since lost 75lbs, healed my relationship with food, and over time built my dream physique. I work with my clients to create lasting change. We will work together to make you the strongest, most nourished, most resilient version of yourself you can be. Each workout and nutrition plan will be tailored to you for your goals.
